DESCRIPTION :
This melatonin product contains a dose of 1.5 mg of melatonin. Provides an immediate and sustained release of melatonin.
COMPOSITION:

Melatonin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Gelatin (Capsule), Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Sodium Alginate, Carnauba Wax, Silica.

1 capsule 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
