Black currant (Ribes nigrum L.) is a plant of the gooseberry family from temperate regions of Eurasia. The blackcurrant is valued above all for its small, tart-sweet fruit and has numerous health-promoting properties. 100 g of its fruit cover more than two and a half times our need for vitamin C, so it is recommended for colds. In addition, the blackcurrant is rich in soluble fiber, i.e. pectin, which can prevent an excessive increase in plasma cholesterol and high blood sugar levels. Blackcurrants are also a source of vitamin A, which affects vision.
Pasteurized product. Produced according to the artisanal method only from fresh organic Polish currants. No frozen fruit or concentrates were used in its manufacture.
