DESCRIPTION
Organic oatmeal is made from crushed oats. Oatmeal is a great daily breakfast offering. They taste best with the addition of yoghurt, grain drink and fruit.
PREPARATION
Cook the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) according to taste for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
