DESCRIPTION :

Cedarwood oil has a warm, rich scent. It can help relieve coughs and cold symptoms when used in a diffuser or as an inhalant.

INGREDIENTS

100% wood oil Cedrus atlantica (Atlas cedar).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

In the vaporizer: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to the vaporizer or burner

Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water. Inhale the steam for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation is only for children over 10 years old.)

For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil.

Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. Stir in water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use directly on skin. Not for children under 5 years of age. Consult your doctor before using essential oils during pregnancy. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of small children.
