METHOD OF PREPARATION Pour a glass of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of raw ingredients and leave covered for 10 - 15 minutes. Drink two glasses of freshly prepared infusion daily.

RECOMMENDED DAILY CONSUMPTION 2 teaspoons of product per day
