DESCRIPTION
Organic barley groats, made from hulled barley grains, are ideal as an addition to soups, such as the famous Polish krupnik, and as an ingredient in main courses when combined with steamed vegetables and fresh herbs.

PREPARATION:
The previously rinsed groats should be boiled in salted water in a ratio of 1:3 (1 portion of groats to 3 portions of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
