Product obtained by de-stemming strawberry fruit; with the addition of apple concentrate to obtain an appropriate pH; Pectins: fixed by pasteurization in hermetically sealed glass containers. Sweet and sour taste, typical of strawberry fruits, the color resembles the color of the fruit.
