TOTA wholemeal spelled flour is obtained from the whole grist of cleaned wheat grains, spelled Triticum spelta L. It contains gluten, which is easily absorbed by the body. TOTA Orkiszowa with 2000 grind mixes very well with other flours and gives it lightness when baking. This flour is perfect for making dark spelled bread with a unique nutty aroma. The bread stays fresh for a long time. TOTA Orkiszowa is also well suited for vegetarian and vegan cuisine, e.g. for the production of vegetable and legume pies and for the production of wholemeal pasta. It is made from an ancient variety of wheat, the grains of which are resistant to weather and soil conditions. This flour has excellent nutritional values. Among other things, it contains 50% more unsaturated fatty acids, which have a positive effect on the cardiovascular system.
