BIO rye oatmeal with added cinnamon is a product of a Latvian family-owned brand that contains wholemeal rye flour and, as an additive, wholemeal oat flour with a high content of fiber and beta -glucans, which have a beneficial effect on the intestinal microflora. The flakes contain not only B vitamins (B1, B2, B5, B6), but also iron, phosphorus, magnesium and zinc, which are minerals necessary for a healthy diet.
