Konjac rice noodles are a low-calorie source of fiber. They contain no gluten, fat, sugar, or salt. They are made from the root of a plant called konjac (grown in China and Japan). They are a traditional Asian product that has been used in local cuisine for centuries. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PREPARATION Method I: Filter through a sieve, rinse with cold water, add to your favorite dish.
PREPARATION II: Cook for about 5 minutes, drain, add to your favorite dish.
PREPARATION Method III: Fry in a pan for 5 minutes, add to your favorite food.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a cool place. Do not freeze. Once opened, store the noodles in clean water for a maximum of 2 days.
