DESCRIPTION
Gelatin has a wide range of culinary uses, both in sweet and savory dishes. It can be used for creams, toppings, puddings, cake or pastry jellies, and for preparing pork and meat jellies.
Gelatin can also be used as a gelling or thickening agent.

PREPARATION METHOD
The contents of the pack are sufficient to prepare 500 ml of liquid.
Dissolve gelatin in 250 ml of cold liquid and let stand for 10 minutes until swollen.
Boil the remaining liquid (250 ml) and mix with the swollen gelatin. Do not boil!
