Darjeeling is a region in India located 2,200 meters above sea level. Darjeeling tea is considered one of the finest Indian teas. The infusion has a golden brown color, a distinctive flavor, a slightly bitter aroma, and a distinct nutty note. Preparation : Place 1 teaspoon of tea in a cup and pour over approximately 95°C (203°F) hot water. Cover and let steep for about 3 minutes.
