What is Epsom salt used for?
The name is derived from the name of the English town near which it was discovered. Epsom salt is also known as magnesium sulfate (or Epsom salt or English salt) and is best used in a bath, dissolving in warm water. After a half-hour soak, you feel relieved, cleansed, and your skin is relaxed and disinfected (magnesium sulfate has antibacterial and antifungal properties). The body is rid of toxins, and a good dose of magnesium penetrates the body through dilated pores, replenishing magnesium levels in our bodies.
Natural origin
The pack contains the purest magnesium sulfate of natural origin, mined in Saxony in the form of kieserite, a mineral that originated in prehistoric times. Kieserite is mined together with potassium-containing minerals and, when separated by natural methods, has many uses. The magnesium and other regenerating trace elements contained in kieserite have a relaxing effect on the human body, and the magnesium itself is absorbed through the skin and compensates for deficiencies. The sulfur, in turn, is responsible for the antiseptic, antibacterial effect.
The product has not been tested on animals. It is vegan and gluten-free. Our product is chemically pure and of food-grade quality. It can be taken orally but is approved as a cosmetic.

Magnesium brine
The use of magnesium brine (i.e., bathing in magnesium sulfate) is the most natural and effective way for the human body to absorb magnesium. At the same time, bathing in a sulfate solution is the best disinfectant and laxative.
Magnesium sulfate (also known as Epsom salt, Epsom salt, or English salt) is a good remedy for removing heavy metals from the body because sulfur actively binds to them. Sulfur is also a component of many amino acids, and a deficiency leads to keratinized skin, excessive brittleness, and hair and nail loss. Ideally, you should take these baths twice a week to compensate for the mineral deficiency.
When should the baths be used?
The magnesium salt bath should be used whenever you need regeneration and want to rid your body of toxins.
Prophylactically, once a week, the salt bath helps to eliminate fungal deposits on the skin and provides antibacterial protection.
The product is also ideal for preparing magnesium foot baths, which are healing after a day of wearing high heels. A magnesium bath prepared in a bowl of warm water with a small amount of Epsom salt regenerates tired feet and softens the epidermis. Such a bath is also helpful as a preparation for cosmetic treatments, such as a pedicure.
Preparing the bath
Add half a kilo of Epsom salt (half a packet) to a tub of very warm water—about 38 degrees Celsius—and wait until it has completely dissolved. For an effective bath, soak for at least 20 minutes without adding detergent. After the bath, rinse your body under running water.
Also, prepare a magnesium bath for your feet. If your feet are sore after a strenuous day, add about 100 to 200 g of salt to a bowl of warm water and give them time to heal. You can also use a foot massager, which will stimulate the receptors and enhance the effect of the magnesium flakes.
