The bowls are perfect as an ingredient and addition to soups, sauces, yoghurt, muesli, fruit or salads. The plantain egg can also be brewed by pouring a tablespoon of the seeds into hot water.
In order not to irritate and clog the intestines, plantain seeds and peels, whether in powdered or solid form, should not be eaten alone - always mixed with liquid: juice, water, yogurt. The mixture should also be washed down with plenty of water.
