Savory cookie recipe
Ingredients:
- 100 g potato starch
- 50 g rice flour
- 50 g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 40 g butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1-2 teaspoons of spiced sugar

Preparation:
1. Sprinkle the potato starch, rice flour, sugar and baking powder onto a baking board
2. Add the chopped butter, egg yolks, and spiced sugar. Knead the dough quickly. If the dough is very soft, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Then roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thick and cut out different cookie patterns
4. Place the cookies on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 160 °C for about 15 minutes
