DESCRIPTION
The organic tricolor quinoa successfully replaces conventional groats or pasta. It is excellent as an ingredient for soups and as an addition to vegetables, sauces, baked goods and desserts.
PREPARATION SART
It is recommended to pour hot water over the quinoa grains, finely sieve, then cook in a 1:2 ratio (1 serving of quinoa to 2 servings of water) for about 25 minutes. Season with salt at the end of cooking.
