DESCRIPTION
After roasting, organic white sesame seeds can be a tasty addition to salads, breads, and other dishes. They can be used to make tahini at home—a sesame paste that's a great alternative to butter or margarine. We also recommend using ground sesame seeds as a topping for cereals, rice, soups, or steamed vegetables. Sesame seeds should be ground just before consumption. Soaking the sesame seeds beforehand improves their digestibility.
