APPLICATION
2 full teaspoons of the product (4 g) pour a cup of chilled water, juice or yogurt. Consume after a slight swelling. You need to drink an additional 1 glass of liquid. 4 g flea seed shells are the daily dose.

A NOTICE
Don't eat overnight. Do not use on children under 12 years of age. People with diabetes or insulin therapy should consult a doctor before consumption.
