Application: Tension, stress, depression, flu

  Due to its bactericidal properties, bergamot oil is used in Italy instead of iodine; in combination with soap, it is recommended for hand disinfection.

Use:

• Massage: 10 ml (teaspoon) of base oil, mix with 3 - 5 drops of the selected oil;
  
• Baths: 10 - 15 drops of essential oil in 3/4 of a bath with warm water;
  
• Aromatization: Mix 5-10 drops of essential oil with 2 tablespoons of water.

Ingredients: Citrus Bergamia, D-Limonene, Linalool, Citral and Geraniol.
