Primal Defense is made using the following types of probiotics or their enzymes: Lactobacillus acidophilus; Lactobacillus rhamnosus; Lactobacillus salivarius; Lactobacillus plantarum; Lactobacillus paracasei; Lactobacillus casei; Lactobacillus brevis; Bifidobacterium bifidum; bifidobacterium breve; Bifidobacterium lactis; Bifidobacterium longum; Bacillus subtilis; and Saccharomyces boulardii.
COMPOSITION:

Iron (ionic plant minerals), probiotic blend, ionic plant minerals.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Shake before each use. 1 measuring spoon with 240 ml of water or juice 3 times a day. Best taken on an empty stomach. Start with 1 scoop per day and gradually increase to the recommended amount.
