PREPARATION METHOD
1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a bowl, add 200 ml of 30% cream and 1 egg and mix thoroughly.
2. Fry on low heat with little or no fat, first on one side, covered, until the dough is firm and rises slightly, then turn to the other side and fry covered.
3. Serve with your favorite topping.
