DESCRIPTION
Chinese green tea is made from steamed or roasted leaves and is not fermented. With correct PREPARATION (in around 70-80 °C hot water) the aromas of the tea develop very well.
Pour a teaspoon of tea with about 70-80 °C hot water and wait 2 -3 minutes
