Vegan Heart chocolates are characterized by the fact that they contain no milk. For this reason the product is 100% vegan. In addition, it is a great alternative for people who cannot consume milk and gluten due to allergies. The lactose content in 100 g of the product is < 0.01 g. The cocoa mass in the product is at least 35%.
The product contains almonds and orange. Orange gives it a characteristic aroma and almonds are also a source of B vitamins, vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, zinc, folic acid and unsaturated fatty acids.
The cocoa beans from which chocolate is made come from cocoa trees. This plant grows wild in the regions of Central America and South America. Cacao is rich in many health-promoting nutrients. They contain flavonoids in their composition; mainly catechins and epicatechins. It is a source of minerals such as magnesium, iron, selenium, zinc, potassium, chromium and manganese. It also contains theobromine, which stimulates the body, and phenylethylamine, which belongs to the endorphins group. This is one of the reasons why eating chocolate has a positive effect on our mood.
