Cocoa flakes THE STRENGTH of the Latvian family brand MILZU! is a rye-oat flakes made from wholemeal rye flour, with the addition of wholemeal oat flour, which is characterized by a high content of dietary fiber and beta-glucans. The product contains B vitamins (B1, B2, B5, B6) responsible for regulating metabolic changes, a large amount of protein (17 g in 100 g) and minerals necessary for the child's nutrition: zinc, magnesium, iron and phosphorus. The cocoa composition also provides an extra dose of calcium, chromium, copper and polyphenols and gives the flakes antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
