help reduce feelings of tension, promote relaxation, and reduce irritability. Hops help calm the nervous system and, together with valerian, lemon balm, and lavender, aid in falling asleep and contribute to healthy sleep.

Application:
Adults: Recommended intake of 3 x 1 tablet daily, washed down with liquid.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.
