INGREDIENTS
Seaweed: sea lettuce* (Ulva spp.), wakame* (Undaria pinnatifida), nori* (Porphyra spp. ) (* ingredient from certified organic farming)
PREPARATION
Soak in water for 5 minutes, then change the water and soak for another 5 minutes. After soaking, the lettuce will expand to thirteen times its dry weight.
Cook to your liking for about 5 minutes.
