PREPARATION
Pour 1 tablespoon of flaxseed into ¾ of a glass of warm water. Wait a few minutes, stirring frequently. Drink 2-3 times daily. The flaxseed can also be ground before adding water. A porridge made from ground flaxseed can be consumed with milk or yogurt. Ground flaxseed can also be added to soups, breads, sauces, and breakfast cereals.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
