DESCRIPTION
Organic mountain oat flakes are made from crushed oats. Oatmeal is a great daily breakfast offering. They taste best with the addition of yoghurt, grain drink and fruit.
PREPARATION
Cook the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) on the fire for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
