PREPARATION
Cook in the ratio of 1 or 2 heaped tablespoons of semolina to 250 ml of milk or water (depending on the desired consistency)
Measure 250 ml of milk, pour some of it into a glass, and mix with the semolina. Boil the remaining milk, then pour in the semolina, stirring constantly to prevent clumping. Cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened. Serve the finished dish with fruit syrup or mousse.
