PREPARATION
1. Put the contents of the sachet in approx. 200 ml of cold water with 25 g of sugar and stir (1 sachet is enough for 10 kg of vegetables/fruit)
2. Place vegetables/fruit in layers in the jar you want to pickle in. Pour the cucumber over each layer, adding enough water to completely cover the veggies/fruit
3. Leave a few inches of free space at the top of the jar. Place a clean, cooked board or thick vegetable/fruit plate on top and weigh down so the board or plate is covered with juice
4. Close the jar tightly and leave to ferment at 20-24 degrees in a dark place. Bleed the container after 1-2 days, as strong gas formation. The approximate fermentation time depends on the type of vegetable and the degree of grinding, eg cabbage approx. 6-8 days, cucumber, celery, beans, beetroot up to 10 days, asparagus approx. 8-10 days
5 . After pickling, the product with the pickling should be stored in the refrigerator at about 4 degrees Celsius.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store at room temperature in a dry, shady place. Once PREPARED , the product can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
