DESCRIPTION
Jerusalem artichoke is native to North America. It came to Europe in the early 17th century and became one of the main sources of carbohydrate needs.
It was later replaced by the potato. The Jerusalem artichoke is currently experiencing a renaissance. Jerusalem artichoke cannot be stored fresh for a long time after digging. In dried and ground form, healthy and delicious dishes can be conjured up all year round.
Jerusalem artichoke flour can be used in many ways, e.g. e.g.:
