Each capsule of the product contains 500 mg of DHA acid. This oil is derived from sea squid. DHA acid, or docosacerol acid, is a member of the group of polyunsaturated, exogenous omega-3 fatty acids. Sources of this acid are primarily algae and algae-eating marine animals, especially fish. This acid is the most important omega-3 acid, but it is difficult to maintain its adequate levels in the body, so it is worthwhile to support yourself with an appropriate supplement.

INGREDIENTS
Squid oil, humectant: glycerin, purified (deionized) water, natural lemon flavor, antioxidant blend [natural tocopherols (soybean), rosemary extract, L-ascorbyl-6-palmitate].

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
One capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
