After crystallization, it has a fine-grained consistency and takes on a yellow-white or golden color. Linden honey has a very pleasant smell. The use of linden honey for acute and chronic respiratory diseases has a very long tradition. Like linden blossom, it has expectorant, diaphoretic, and antipyretic properties.
