SIELSKA KLUSKA FROM PEARL EGGS 250 g
The eggs used to make Sielska pasta come from free-range guinea fowl. We source them locally—directly from small farms in the Mazovia region.
INGREDIENTS
Semolina* (durum wheat flour), fresh guinea fowl eggs (5%). (*Ingredient from certified organic farming).
PREPARATION
Cook for 6 minutes before eating, for 5 minutes until al dente, do not temper (100 g pasta to 1 liter of salted water).
