USE

The rinsed seeds should be spread on top of the lignin and then covered with boiling lukewarm water for a few hours. Decant the water and cover the jar with cheesecloth. Rinse the sprouts twice a day.
Put them in a warm, sun-free place.
After 5-7 days the sprouts are ready to eat.
