INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Spray 2-5 times on the skin and massage the area. Magnesium Topical Spray may appear slightly oily after application, but it is not an oil and absorbs quickly. White residue may appear on the applied areas; it is simply salt that can be rubbed off. To soak feet: put 30-60ml in warm water, soak feet for 20-30 minutes.

STOP APPLICATION if irritation occurs and avoid sensitive areas.
