DESCRIPTION
Organic soy granules are soy flour skimmed by extrusion. It is characterized by a high protein and dietary fiber content. It is a perfect substitute for meat, so it can be used as an ingredient in the stuffing of stuffed cabbage, dumplings, spaghetti sauce, soups, pasta or as a stuffing for vegetables.

PREPARATION
Pour boiling water over the granules and leave covered for a few minutes. If it's swollen, add herbs or spices. It can also be roasted in a pan and then used in cooking.
