DESCRIPTION
Collagen + Ashwagandha Beauty Complex is a dietary supplement containing a synergistic combination of ashwagandha, collagen, hyaluronic acid, biotin, and zinc. Ashwagandha contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin. Collagen is a protein found in the human body. It is the main component of connective tissue. It is found not only in the skin but also in tendons, hair, bones, nails, and joints. Along with collagen, hyaluronic acid is an important component of the intercellular matrix of the dermis and the main component of synovial fluid. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair and skin. Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the maintenance of healthy skin and nails.
The product does not contain fillers, anti-caking agents or dyes.

RECOMMENDED USE AND OTHER NOTES
Recommended daily dose to achieve the product's beneficial effects: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal. Wash down with 250 ml of water. The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules.
