DESCRIPTION
Red lentils cook easily, making them an ideal ingredient for soups, salads, and spreads.
Rinse the lentils and cook in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of lentils to 2 portions of water) for about 20 minutes. Season with salt at the end of the cooking time.
