Coffee is roasted in small ovens, up to 15 kg load, very long - 32 - 38 minutes.
The temperature at which coffee is roasted does not exceed 185 degrees Celsius.
Thanks to this method, when roasting coffee, coffee is obtained, which is characterized by a lack of bitterness and acidity.
PREPARATION
Before consuming the coffee, grind beans and then brew the coffee as you like.
Coffee should be brewed in filter coffee makers, pressure coffee makers, or traditionally.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
After opening, keep the packaging in a dry and cool place.
