Organically ground green coffee is obtained from coffee beans that are not subjected to the roasting process. As a result, green coffee has a herbal aroma and a slightly tart, sour taste. Green ground coffee is a natural source of valuable polyphenols that have a strong antioxidant effect. Chlorogenic acid is found in unroasted coffee beans. Compared to normal coffee, ground green coffee provides a multiple of this substance. At the same time, it is rich in nutrients, B vitamins, folic acid and minerals (calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, copper). The coffee is organic certified. The coffee cherries grown in this way ripen free of pesticides. The coffee comes from a specialized plantation in the Santa Barbara region (Honduras) and is grown at an altitude of around 1700 m above sea level on volcanic hills. Cafe Creator's special coffee bean grinding technology allows the preservation of as many valuable ingredients as possible. Green coffee has a caffeine content similar to that of roasted coffee.
