Cistus contains polyphenols, which are natural antioxidant substances
that support the human immune system. The plant has a pleasant resinous scent. Cistus tea has been known for centuries. It tastes great with honey and/or lemon juice.

Application:
Place 1 (1.5g) heaped teaspoon of cleansing in a cup and pour boiling water over it, cover for 8-10 minutes. Drink freshly prepared infusion up to once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
