Agar BIO gelling agar 30 g delicious

DESCRIPTION
1 teaspoon (5 g) - enough for 500 g of fruit or 500 ml of liquid
1 pack (30 g) - sufficient for 3 kg of fruit or 3 l of liquid.
PREPARATION : Mix agar agar with cold liquid and mix for 1-2 minutes. Then cook for at least 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, cool slightly and continue with the recipe. Agar agar only acquires its properties after cooling down to 40°C.
