Moya Matcha Tea is a high-quality green tea from Japan. Organic matcha is obtained from the second and third harvest of freshly ripening leaves. This gives it a higher content of chlorophyll and theanine. It is characterized by a strong aroma with a noticeable bitterness and a lighter green hue. Recommended for matcha lattes, cocktails, and as an addition to ice cream or baked goods.

PREPARATION
Pour one teaspoon of matcha tea into a small amount of warm water in a cup and stir vigorously with a bamboo stirrer until all the matcha has dissolved and a thick foam forms on the surface. Then slowly add water to make a serving of about 200 ml. A traditional bamboo chasen, or stirrer, is best for mixing. Matcha can also be prepared with a manual milk frother, although the traditional cup should be replaced with a glass or mug.
The water temperature should be approximately 80°C. You can achieve this by using a kettle with a temperature indicator or by setting a regular kettle aside with boiling water for 10 minutes.
Matcha should not be brewed with boiling water as it will lose some of its nutritional properties.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Store in the refrigerator after opening.
