Garlic (Allium sativum, L.) has been known for centuries for its beneficial health benefits. The basic component of raw garlic is allicin, which gives it its characteristic smell and taste. The process for producing black garlic was known about 5,000 years ago in what is now Korea and Japan. The main bioactive molecule in the supplement is S-alliiocysteine. It is produced by the aging of raw garlic. It also contains 18 different amino acids and is a source of a large amount of antioxidants. Its antioxidant effect reduces the amount of free radicals in the body and protects cells, thereby positively affecting the immune system. The product used in the production of this dietary supplement is the highest quality raw material from Spain. S-alliiocysteine has been standardized by HPLC. The raw materials have not been genetically modified.
INGREDIENTS

Amount per daily dose (1 capsule):
Black fermented garlic extract – 400 mg
standardized to 0.1% S-allylcysteine (SAC) – 0.4 mg
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 capsule with a meal.
