Intenson Protein Pudding is the perfect quick but very filling snack. This pudding differs from the classic pudding with the addition of tapioca and WPC while retaining the flavor and texture of a traditional dessert. Potato starch, which is found in most puddings, is enriched by the addition of tapioca, i.e. starch obtained from cassava. White sugar was replaced by cane sugar. WPC is a whey protein concentrate obtained by ultrafiltration of milk proteins. This technology preserves the high amount of amino acids in milk while keeping the amount of fats and carbohydrates low.

INGREDIENTS

Unrefined cane sugar, potato starch, WPC (whey protein concentrate), tapioca starch 15%, skimmed milk powder, natural flavor, coloring (riboflavin).

APPLICATION
Pour the contents of the sachet into a cup and dissolve in a little water, then pour 185ml of boiling water into the cup and stir vigorously with a spoon until you get a smooth consistency.
