DESCRIPTION
Organic guar gum is a natural thickener obtained from the endosperm of seeds of the Fabaceae plant, Cyamopsis tetragonolobus. Guar gum can be used as a substitute for tasteless and odorless gelatin. It is characterized by good water solubility and thickens products without the need for heating. Thanks to its properties, it is an ideal addition to sauces, dressings, soups, jams, and desserts. PREPARATION : Dissolve 1 g of guar gum (1/4 teaspoon) in 100 g of thickened product.
