DESCRIPTION
Freeze drying is a drying process in which previously frozen raw material is dehydrated in a way called sublimation, ie a direct transition to the vapor state without the liquid state. This process eliminates much of the microbiological contamination, allowing the raw material to be safely stored for a long time.
Freeze-dried products retain 90% of their natural shape, color and aroma. Due to the possibility of carrying out the process at low temperatures, the raw material processed by freeze drying does not lose any valuable vitamins and essential oils.
Freeze-dried organic wild garlic can be used as a seasoning and added to dishes such as soups, sauces, salads, marinades, herb butter or cottage cheese

APPLICATION
Add preferred amount to dish or spice mix. For a more intense aroma, the raw material can be crushed beforehand.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a tightly closed container in a dry and shady place.
