Moya Matcha Tea is a high-quality green tea from Japan. Organic Matcha obtained from the second and third harvest of freshly ripening leaves. This gives it a higher content of chlorophyll and theanine. It is characterized by a strong aroma with a noticeable bitterness and a lighter shade of green. Recommended for Matcha Latte, cocktails and as an addition to ice cream or baked goods.

PREPARATION
Pour a teaspoon of matcha tea into a small amount of warm water in a cup and stir vigorously with a bamboo stirrer until all the matcha is dissolved and a characteristic thick foam forms on the surface. Then slowly add water to get a serving of about 200ml. A traditional bamboo chases, i.e. a mixing stick, works best for mixing. Matcha can also be prepared with a manual milk frother, replacing the traditional cup with a glass or mug.
The temperature of the water should be around 80 °C. You can get it by using a kettle with a temperature gauge, or by setting aside a regular kettle of boiling water for 10 minutes.
Matcha should not be infused with boiling water as it loses some of its nutritional properties.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Store in the refrigerator after opening.
