Spaghetti is made from organic durum wheat and whole wheat flour. Whole wheat flour is very valuable because it is made from whole grains. It contains fiber, which promotes satiety, and minerals such as zinc, potassium, calcium, and iron are essential for nutrition. Durum wheat has a higher nutritional value than regular wheat. It contains phosphorus, selenium, iron, and B vitamins. It is characterized by low elasticity and is therefore easy to process into pasta.
Spaghetti pasta is a traditional Italian product. It can be used to prepare dishes such as spaghetti Bolognese, carbonara, and Neapolitan pasta.

APPLICATION
100g pasta, 1 liter of water, 10g salt. Add salt to boiling water, add pasta, stir occasionally, cook for the recommended time, drain pasta, reserving some of the water.
